I made a facial appointment (not my first visit to this establishment) and opted for an upgrade, but I felt misled about the final cost. I also bought a product (they tried to sell me 3). While I sometimes purchase their products, they are not exceptional or revolutionary in terms of skincare. When I settled the bill, the receptionist did not provide a receipt, I had to request it. When I mentioned that I was unaware that the price quoted during the treatment was in addition to the base price (it was presented as a total cost, "the x facial costs x amount"), the two receptionists did not acknowledge me. I had to restate my concern about the importance of transparent pricing and informed customers, but they simply stared at me. I am unsure if this is a common occurrence or if they lack the customer service skills to handle such situations. I did not wish to cause a scene; I just wanted to salvage the rest of my day.
Don't visit this place. Have experienced facials here. During the session, they suggested I get some "extras". At checkout, an additional $40 was added to the original price. Moreover, they persistently push to sell their products. The most disappointing part is that after the facial, instead of feeling relaxed, you are bombarded with sales pitches for packages. No matter how many times you decline, they continue to pressure you. It's evident that their focus is solely on money, not on the client or their satisfaction. It's a stressful environment. You can receive a good facial elsewhere without the added pressure.
