Visited today to purchase Nutrafol Vitamins after my physician recommended them, and was pleasantly surprised that a salon nearby stocked the line. Natasha at the front desk was incredibly kind. When I called to confirm the product's availability, she had reserved one for me to collect. Much appreciated. Natasha thoroughly explained every aspect of the product and how frequently I should use it. Very informative. I will be back to purchase more when it's time for a new bottle. Thank you once again.
Recently transitioned to this salon and have been grinning from ear to ear ever since I departed! Every single interaction I've had in this salon has been warm, amiable, and professional. Caitlyn did an absolutely stunning job on my color, and Claire’s haircut is simply breathtaking! Both Caitlyn and Claire took the time to converse with me, discussing what I aimed to achieve and enlightening me on how we would reach that goal. I am thrilled to have discovered my new salon and will be frequenting it for other beauty services as well!
The woman who did my daughter’s highlights was fantastic. Incredibly pleasant, but wouldn’t allow me to sit down, stating it was for clients only. No one occupied the seats the entire time. I found it somewhat absurd. My daughter received a half head of highlights and was given a completely different price over the phone, only to be charged much more upon arrival for her highlights. I advised my daughter to skip the haircut as it was nearly $300 just for a half head of highlights. I consider this to be outrageous. The least they could do is be courteous. I approached the front desk to inquire if my spouse could pay the remaining amount for her haircut on his debit card, and the lady at the front desk with dark hair adamantly refused with an attitude. She glared at me while looking at the items for purchase. She was extremely impolite. Giving me dirty looks and conversing and whispering to her colleague. I will never revisit this salon. People should learn about kindness and verify the prices I was quoted. Disappointed.
