This nail salon is truly exceptional! I am thrilled with how perfect my nails turned out! The staff is not only friendly but also highly professional. The pricing is very competitive, and its convenient location behind TD Bank makes it easily accessible. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my acquaintances.
It pains me to leave a negative review because the staff was pleasant and my own manicure and pedicure were satisfactory. However, I was disappointed with the end result. My daughter's manicure didn't go smoothly as the manicurist accidentally cut her finger and left nail polish on her skin. Despite waiting for 15 minutes to dry, both our nails and toes got smudged and chipped. Moreover, the polish on both our manicures bubbled up. In all honesty, the salon could benefit from a thorough cleaning. The prices were also quite high; I ended up paying $95 plus tip for two regular manicures and pedicures with gel polish removal.
I have been frequenting this nail salon for a few months now. It's advisable to schedule an appointment in advance, especially if you have a preferred nail technician. Personally, I prefer Jean, as he is quick and efficient. The range of nail designs available is impressive, and the pricing is reasonable, depending on the complexity of the design. I have always been satisfied with the service provided here.
