I ventured in with my friend and her mother for a day of pampering. The sign boldly stated that acrylic nails start at $39. Upon selecting a color from the array of acrylic nails on display, I was informed that the chosen color would incur an additional $20 charge. Seeking clarity on pricing, I requested to see which colors were included in the base price, only to be handed a box and told that everything was actually $55. During the nail application process, my nail technician failed to address the unevenness despite my repeated requests. Despite my efforts to communicate the issue, she seemed frustrated and eventually declared, "I have to move on," without resolving the problem. The nail polish used left parts of my nails uncovered even after two coats, resembling a quality akin to dollar store nails. Disappointed with the overall experience, I attempted to rectify the uneven appearance at home to no avail. My expectations were not met for the amount spent.
This nail salon stands out as the finest in the area. The staff members are exceptionally kind and provide extended foot massages that surpass any other salon. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident as the owner stayed 45 minutes past closing time to address my concerns and ensure my contentment. I am thoroughly pleased with the exceptional service provided. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.
