**I don't want to discredit this salon completely; it's a good choice if you're seeking hair coloring, a wash and style, or even a relaxer. The ladies working there were very nice and welcoming. However, I can only give it two stars because I ended up waiting for nearly an hour to get my hair done, even though I had an appointment. It seems like their appointments overlap, causing delays. I paid $175 for a closure sew-in install, and unfortunately, after just a few days, my closure started sliding back, revealing my braids. If you're charging premium prices, you should be an expert in your craft. I'm disappointed with the quality of my weave install, but I must say it's not a bad choice for natural hair services.**

The hairstylists and staff are extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable about hair types and care products, and incredibly creative. The salon is beautifully designed with elegant mirrors, great cabinetry, and a wonderfully feminine, sweet aromatic restroom. I always feel completely relaxed and receive excellent personal care during my visits. I have never experienced any waiting time or overbooking issues. The hairstylists and staff at this salon truly work magic. Despite the high quality of service, the prices are very affordable. I trust them completely with all my hair care needs, and I am consistently amazed by how fabulous I look every time I leave. The compliments on my hair never seem to end.
