Yuan Spa - Bellevue

I am dismayed. I sent my spouse for Father’s Day. He had a hydrotherapy session and a massage planned. On four occasions, a woman entered the men’s changing area without checking if it was occupied. The reason for female staff entering the locker room four times in an hour remains unclear. The hydrotherapy was meant to be calming, but a group of women chatted loudly and laughed throughout, causing a disturbance. The fans in the room were also excessively noisy. The additional cost was definitely not justified by the service or experience we received. Uncertain if we will return.

I have been a member for several years, but I am contemplating ending my membership. While I appreciate the concept, the hydrotherapy area is becoming too social for my liking. I am surrounded by chaos all day, every day, and I allow myself this monthly spa trip for peace and relaxation. However, lately, every visit has been disrupted by loud conversations in the hydrotherapy area. Yuan Spa should address this issue, but they have not done so. Just yesterday, a group of four women were conversing at a volume more suited to a coffee shop, which was incredibly frustrating. If individuals cannot respect the quiet policy, perhaps better management is needed. I genuinely adore this place, and I hope they can improve on this aspect.

My experience at Yuan Spa was flawless! My therapist, Alex, was exceptional and had all the qualities one would desire in a therapist. He paid attention to my specific areas of concern and focused on addressing them effectively. He was both professional and amiable! The hydrotherapy was equally delightful. I relished the hot and cold therapies. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Yuan Spa and will certainly return on my next trip to Seattle!
