I underwent a Guasha treatment and head massage, but my appointment was rescheduled multiple times by the staff. During the session, they provided me with only a half-hour massage - a few minutes for Guasha and an additional 20 minutes for the head massage. Upon payment, I was charged over a hundred dollars without being presented with a price list. There were promotional prices displayed, but it was my first visit and the shortened session left me feeling dissatisfied. I have been getting acupuncture treatment for my chronic pain from Alex at Pins and Needles, and I couldn't be more thankful for the results. My pain, which originates in my shoulder and spreads up my neck and around my upper back and shoulder, has been lessened by around 40% thanks to Alex's expertise. I scheduled my appointment a fortnight ago when the feedback for this establishment was positive, albeit a bit dated. Unfortunately, I didn't check the recent surge of one-star reviews in the past five days.
As a lady seeking a legitimate massage, I was disheartened to discover that this is more of a "happy ending" venue.

I am dismayed. I sent my spouse for Father’s Day. He had a hydrotherapy session and a massage planned. On four occasions, a woman entered the men’s changing area without checking if it was occupied. The reason for female staff entering the locker room four times in an hour remains unclear. The hydrotherapy was meant to be calming, but a group of women chatted loudly and laughed throughout, causing a disturbance. The fans in the room were also excessively noisy. The additional cost was definitely not justified by the service or experience we received. I booked a 50-minute Combination massage through classpass and it was truly worth it! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was running late and didn't have cash for tipping, but they graciously accepted card payment (without any pressure to do so!). The massage itself was a mix of deep tissue techniques. I'm deducting a star as she missed some spots during the Brazilian, but it's not a major issue. I'd definitely return and specifically request her.
