I booked a 50-minute Combination massage through classpass and it was truly worth it! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was running late and didn't have cash for tipping, but they graciously accepted card payment (without any pressure to do so!). The massage itself was a mix of deep tissue techniques. I requested more pressure and it was just right - deep enough to work out knots but still soothing :)
I would rate this place zero stars if possible. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customers' medical conditions is appalling. I've been getting medical massages for years to manage my condition, and this was by far the worst experience. I left in more pain than when I arrived; the therapist seemed incompetent and unqualified.
