I had my nails done approximately 5 hours ago, with the pedicure lasting around 15 minutes and the manicure about 10 minutes. I had to refile my nails at home as they were not done to my liking. The overall quality was poor, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Despite paying $80 for gel polish, the job done was subpar and unsatisfactory. The gel nails started lifting and chipping shortly after. This visit to Top Q Nails will certainly be my first and last.
The salon experience was terrible! I showed a picture of the desired nail style, but they completely disregarded it. Despite asking for gel nails, I received acrylic instead. When I requested Chrome nails, I was given white. The technician quoted $50 for a full set but charged my friend only $45. I handed over $60 in cash, expecting change, but received only $6 back, indicating he had taken a tip from my money. Within 4 days, the nails started lifting from the bottom, forcing me to seek correction at another salon. I wouldn't return, even if someone offered to cover the entire cost. 🖕🏻🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏾🖕🏿 I wouldn't even give them a single star. One of my nails broke, revealing a nail fungus underneath, necessitating further treatment.
I visited a salon for a manicure, but I left feeling disappointed. The service only included a dry file, quick nail polish, and a brief 2-minute arm massage. My cuticles were not properly attended to, no cuticle oil was applied, nails were not cleaned underneath, and the technician didn't inquire about my desired nail length, resulting in them being too short. Moreover, the cuticle clippers were not sanitized after use. I will not be returning.
