I called right at nine and asked what the soonest they could get me in was, she said to just come in now and they could get me in, so I did. I ended up having May and she was so gentle and precise. I had to be done no later than ten to go to an appointment and she got done with me at 9:40. Even with me having a time crunch she took her time cutting my cuticles and making sure the shellac was perfect! Couldn't be happier with the friendly service will be back for sure. I also had my two year old with me and they were so sweet to him!
I waited 25 minutes for them to pass me to someone to do my nails when I had an appointment, also there was just one client and two ladies working yet I still waited. The acrylic is bumpy and all over my cuticles it almost feels like cheap acrylic. I got cut twice once on my thumb and another time on my ring finger. The nail polish was everywhere, so when I got home I just took it off that's when I saw exactly where she messed up. They were super friendly but I don't think I'm coming back here again.
Me and my mom went in for simple shellac acrylic nails. I wanted mine longer and I’ve never had such short nails. Not ONE of them were straight they were all crooked. The nail lady kept saying over and over again that it would be fixed when she put the acrylic on and it definitely wasn’t fixed. She kept filing and filing my nails to they were all super short and even more crooked. While they put the paint on there is brush marks and literal holes. We had a appointment at 6 and they kept staring at the clock because of closing time. The last who was doing my mom's nails my mom kept telling her how she wanted her nails and repeatedly stopped her because she was filing too much on each side. She asked her if she’s done them before so the lady who was doing them stopped doing my mom's nails and had the lady who was doing mine do my moms. They put three coats of paint on my right hand and two coats of paint on my left and at this point I don’t even want to bother with fixing them because there’s no fixing that. They don’t have a lot of colors to choose from either I went in with a set color in mind and they had no color resemblance to the color I wanted. I definitely won't be coming back here again and neither would my mom. When you look up Yelp or Google reviews and think maybe it won’t happen to you. Go with your gut because I thought that and they are terrible. Choose somewhere else if you want nails done the way you want.
