I have been getting my nails done since my middle school days…. And without a doubt, this is the worst salon I have ever visited. The nail technician was excessively rough; I ended up with blood on my cuticles afterwards. She did not bother to clean off the nails in between using the drill or filing. There was a complete lack of attention to detail, from not aligning the acrylics properly to neglecting the shaping. I had no faith in her ability to apply the polish or design correctly, so I opted for a clear coat and decided to have the rest done elsewhere. There was no sense of remorse shown. $50 wasted. I will inevitably have to have my nails redone elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs.
I am enamored with this establishment, the staff is exceptionally amicable. My manicure experience was delightful, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place.
I am extremely dissatisfied!! I decided to take a swim, and I specifically requested the individual to trim my nails conservatively since I had been growing them out. However, he cut them so short that my fingers now appear to have thick stubs at the ends. They are excessively thick, and my cuticles are now very tender. The price was not disclosed to me beforehand, nor was it listed on the website, but it turned out to be significantly higher than I had anticipated!!!
