I called right at nine and asked what the soonest they could get me in was, she said to just come in now and they could get me in, so I did. I ended up having May and she was so gentle and precise. I had to be done no later than ten to go to an appointment and she got done with me at 9:40. Even with me having a time crunch she took her time cutting my cuticles and making sure the shellac was perfect! Couldn't be happier with the friendly service will be back for sure. I have been getting my nails done since my middle school days…. And without a doubt, this is the worst salon I have ever visited. The nail technician was excessively rough; I ended up with blood on my cuticles afterwards. She did not bother to clean off the nails in between using the drill or filing. There was a complete lack of attention to detail, from not aligning the acrylics properly to neglecting the shaping. I had no faith in her ability to apply the polish or design correctly, so I opted for a clear coat and decided to have the rest done elsewhere. There was no sense of remorse shown. $50 wasted. I will inevitably have to have my nails redone elsewhere.
