I scheduled my appointment a fortnight ago when the feedback for this establishment was positive, albeit a bit dated. Unfortunately, I didn't check the recent surge of one-star reviews in the past five days.
As a lady seeking a legitimate massage, I was disheartened to discover that this is more of a "happy ending" venue.

Kody, my esthetician, was a delightful young individual. She did a fantastic job on my eyebrows, legs, and armpits. I'm deducting a star as she missed some spots during the Brazilian, but it's not a major issue. I'd definitely return and specifically request her. I am dismayed. I sent my spouse for Father’s Day. He had a hydrotherapy session and a massage planned. On four occasions, a woman entered the men’s changing area without checking if it was occupied. The reason for female staff entering the locker room four times in an hour remains unclear. The hydrotherapy was meant to be calming, but a group of women chatted loudly and laughed throughout, causing a disturbance. The fans in the room were also excessively noisy. The additional cost was definitely not justified by the service or experience we received. I felt so upset and ashamed of the state of my hair. Agnes gently washed and styled my hair so beautifully that I couldn’t believe the transformation.
