I've had my hair styled by Juan which has been wonderful. Recently I scheduled an appointment with another stylist as Juan was fully booked. Unfortunately, I ended up with a disappointing haircut. I requested layers but ended up with uneven layers and a shape that resembled a jellyfish, nothing like the reference picture I showed. My hair is very thick so I suppose not everyone is skilled in cutting thick hair. I avoid conflicts and when my hair was blow-dried, it seemed fine but once I styled it at home, it turned into a disaster.
