For my first visit: I made a last-minute appointment, and they stayed open past closing time to accommodate me. My 9-year-old son is reluctant to get his hair cut, but he really needed it. Ed not only did an amazing job, but he was kind and efficient with the cut. We will definitely return. The pricing was fair, and the atmosphere was friendly and inviting. Thank you! - A. Cole
The initial appointment arranged a braiding by a braider there who wasn't the one requested. There was an attitude because she wasn't informed about the appointment, making me wait for an hour. The outcome was unsatisfactory, with my hair looking messy and coming apart. The second appointment was for a silk press with the salon owner who never arrived despite saying she was close. I left after waiting almost an hour for her.
I absolutely adore this salon. I've been a client of Tosha's for years, and she's fantastic. She's been styling my hair since I was 16, and now at 23, she's even doing my eyelashes. She does a fantastic job. All the ladies in the salon are welcoming and professional. I always feel comfortable and valued when I enter the salon. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
