Japanese massage in Bella Vista

I had acrylics on my nails and a gel pedicure, I used to frequent this place for nail services but this was my first visit in about 2 years due to job restrictions. I had made an appointment weeks in advance for a special occasion. The pedicure was wonderful and my toes looked beautiful. However, when it came to my fingers, I was quite surprised by the rushed appearance. There was acrylic on my skin and I got nicked with the drill. Additionally, due to excess acrylic on my cuticles and skin, I had to file my own nails at home around the edges because there was acrylic on the underside of my nails, causing them to lift within 4 days near the cuticle. I had my nails for less than 2 weeks and had to remove them at home tonight due to how poorly they were holding up. I had requested no gel on my fingers but it was still applied and I was charged for it. I paid $95 and was dissatisfied with the rushed outcome for the price. Hopefully, this was just an isolated incident, but given the special occasion I had mentioned, it was disheartening to see the results.
