I've frequented this establishment for years! My hair always grows back rapidly.
It's by appointment only. So, I scheduled one and when I arrived, she was in the midst of coloring someone else's hair.. I should've taken that as a hint to leave. My haircut was swift, likely due to her needing to return to her initial client. I requested a simple cut, but unfortunately, she delivered something entirely different. I had to restrain my tears when she revealed the final result. I strongly advise against visiting this place.
Adored the customer service. I highly recommend this spot; the haircuts are spot on. Brought my partner here as well.
