My visit was beyond disappointing. I chose the gel top coat instead of regular Polish. Upon entering, I was greeted by a technician's young child who was loudly playing a game on the computer. The constant noise, scooter riding, and tantrums were overwhelming. I come to the salon for relaxation, not to be surrounded by chaos. After finally being seated, another customer arrived for a repair and I was left waiting without any acknowledgment. The technician then answered a phone call and tended to a pedicure before addressing my nails. The fill in was messy and too wide, extending over the edges. I had to fix it myself at home. One nail didn't dry properly and had to be redone. When I thought it was all done, my nails lacked shine and were tacky. After returning, the technician hastily fixed them, but they ended up ridged and bubbled. The top coat even slid off one nail. Now I have to go back for repairs. Not a pleasant experience at all. Hopefully, they will rectify their work.
Harper is amazing! She has been taking care of my nails for more than 7 years now. I don't mind making the trip to Bel Air, Maryland for her services.
I visited this place a while back to prepare for prom. It was my first pedicure experience. The technician was overly aggressive while cleaning my toenails and ended up cutting the side of my big toe under the nail, causing it to bleed slightly. Months later, I have no sensation on the right side of my big toe on my right foot. This has ruined my past and potential future nail salon visits.
