Kristen F has been my masseuse for 17 years and I followed her to Samuel Thompson years ago when she found her space in this charming spa. My go-to is her incredible deep tissue massages and I have also been pampered by her facial treatments. It was incredibly rejuvenating. To say I have sensitive muscles is an understatement and I’ve never had any issues. Kristen is always kind, skilled, and puts others at ease with her warm demeanor. I highly recommend her. The spa staff at the reception are accommodating and authentic mostly. Being perceptive and interpreting others’ vibes can be intrusive because it’s not my concern - yet I’m very perceptive ... some upscale spas attract pretentious, superficial individuals - this one tends not to.
