I recently got an eyelash lift, and they look incredible! The service here is top-notch, and I've been a loyal customer for years. I will definitely return again. Maggie has done my lashes before, and she always does an excellent job!
No rating because this place is terrible! I will never return here. I always liked how they did my eyebrows, but on June 16th, I went for lashes after seeing their work on Instagram. I paid for individual mink lashes for my vacation. I had them done on June 16th, and they didn't come off until yesterday, July 21st, when I had to forcefully remove them. I used coconut oil and warm water, but they wouldn't budge. After I had to pull them off due to irritation, they also pulled out my real lashes. I am extremely frustrated as I trusted this place with my money. I've shared this experience elsewhere, and the feedback has been negative. Very disappointed!
I was at this place last night around 7/715 pm with my friend. While my friend was getting her eyebrows done, I was getting natural lashes for $20. The lady attending to me suddenly said it would be $25. I was going to question the price change, but she continued and did my lashes so poorly that my eyes turned bloodshot red. It felt like she was pushing down too hard and pulling my eyelids up aggressively. She even had the audacity to ask if it was my first time. It wasn't, and this was the first time I felt hurt here! My eyes were watering, and she kept turning off the fan, not providing tissue to dry them. She handed me a wet wipe to remove the lashes, which slid off easily due to my watery eyes. She only apologized when I was about to leave. I didn't catch any names but will return today to find out.
