I’ve never received a bad massage here. I have the monthly membership and I absolutely adore it. All of the therapists are knowledgeable and professional. Their work is absolutely fantastic. I’ve had Sarah, Taylor, and Kim and they’re all exceptional, but I truly believe you can’t go wrong with any of them. Great job, everyone! Keep up the excellent work.
The team that manages this location are doing an outstanding job. From booking to follow up to the massage itself, they’ve got you covered. The massage therapists are amazing, each with their own unique style and approach. If you don’t click with one, be sure to give another a chance!
I must express my disappointment with my negative experience at this spa. The receptionists showed rudeness that tainted the overall ambiance. The staff's lack of transparency, especially concerning expired credits, left a sour taste. The massage quality was below par, a far cry from the expected standard.
