I can't vouch for the actual work done by the employees, but I've frequented several sport clips and had positive experiences—until now. Upon checking in via the app, it indicated a 17-minute wait. However, upon our timely arrival, we were instructed to check in again, revealing a 79-minute wait. The receptionist claimed the app's timing was inaccurate and assured us we'd be next. Subsequently, they served three other individuals before us, stating that the app's timing was irrelevant and that the entry time into the store mattered—contrary to my experiences at other locations. I had my 4 and 1.5-year-old children with me and was expected to wait an additional hour for a haircut I had checked in for and arrived on time. Despite their kindness and apologies, the timing discrepancies were not accommodating.
