I am absolutely thrilled with my nails! The professionals here are incredibly skilled and pay close attention to detail. Since the recent change in ownership, my overall experience has significantly improved. The ambiance is serene and clean, but I would suggest booking an appointment online due to high demand.
The establishment itself is impeccably maintained and spotless. There are no overpowering scents, and the atmosphere is incredibly calming. However, I was slightly disappointed with the service. I spent $55 on a Spa Pedicure, but it felt rushed. The attendant skipped or hurried through several steps, leaving my feet calloused and peeling by the end. Considering the incomplete treatment, the price seemed quite steep.
This nail salon is truly exceptional. Lisa is outstanding. Her precision is remarkable; the gel manicure she provides lasts exceptionally long. Even after a fortnight, it remains flawless without any chipping.
