I visited Christy for a facial and body massage. She is genuinely remarkable and one of the most compassionate individuals I've encountered. Her techniques and soothing touch alleviated any discomfort and tension I had. Highly recommend her services!!

My initial visit was due to a recommendation from an FB group. The pedicure was satisfactory; the lady took her time and did a decent job. However, I was not impressed with the nail technician. She appeared more interested in observing the activities in the salon rather than focusing on my nails. The shape and thickness of my nails indicated a lack of experience despite the recommendations. I requested a design, which she struggled with. Excess color was left on my skin and other areas of my nails, which she did not clean up. She seemed pleasant but lacked the attention to detail and care for the client. After an hour of work, she asked if I liked it, leaving me in a tricky spot. This establishment is absolutely dreadful. My nail split just 3 days after the service, and prior to that, my thumb nail popped off. I had no choice but to opt for SNS nails after initially agreeing to acrylics. To make matters worse, the individual who did my nails was not the one who was supposed to. Despite not engaging in any strenuous activities, my fingernail snapped unexpectedly. I am deeply upset by this experience and the pain it caused me. I trusted them with my hands and ended up with a disabled finger. Best place to get eyebrows threaded in Greater Cincinnati! The prices are so cheap ($10 for brows, $5 for upper lip). The service is friendly, efficient, and reliable. I can be in and out within 15 minutes most times I go there. I always recommend this place to my friends and family.
