This establishment is absolutely dreadful. My nail split just 3 days after the service, and prior to that, my thumb nail popped off. I had no choice but to opt for SNS nails after initially agreeing to acrylics. To make matters worse, the individual who did my nails was not the one who was supposed to. Despite not engaging in any strenuous activities, my fingernail snapped unexpectedly. I am deeply upset by this experience and the pain it caused me. I trusted them with my hands and ended up with a disabled finger. I strongly advise against visiting this place.
I must express my dissatisfaction with the male individual at that establishment, presumably the owner. He was rude, argumentative, and uncooperative. When I am paying for a service, I expect to receive what I request. Every time I asked for something, he had a snide comment. I prefer the tips of my real toenails polished, but he insisted on polishing the skin underneath. The polish ended up looking thick; he should have applied it more thinly.
Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate! I visited today during my lunch break for a pedicure. Upon arrival, there were only 2 employees present and 2 clients already in the chairs. I waited for 30 minutes before a new lady came in. The employee then proceeded to start her service before mine, without any communication or regard for my time.
