My initial visit was due to a recommendation from an FB group. The pedicure was satisfactory; the lady took her time and did a decent job. However, I was not impressed with the nail technician. She appeared more interested in observing the activities in the salon rather than focusing on my nails. The shape and thickness of my nails indicated a lack of experience despite the recommendations. I requested a design, which she struggled with. Excess color was left on my skin and other areas of my nails, which she did not clean up. She seemed pleasant but lacked the attention to detail and care for the client. After an hour of work, she asked if I liked it, leaving me in a tricky spot. Will they redo it? 🤔
I adore visiting this place with my gal pals. They always make sure we can sit together! The staff is consistently warm and kind. I got my nails done for an upcoming cruise and the fall season. Unfortunately, the top coat started chipping the next day, which is unusual as it has never happened in my previous visits. However, Carol promptly fixed it the following day to ensure I set sail with beautiful, long-lasting nails. This salon has truly won my heart!
Absolutely fantastic experience!!! Incredibly budget-friendly, speedy service, and a delightful team! Savannah, Abriana, and Carol were all exceptional nail technicians who went the extra mile to ensure my nails looked flawless! This marks my second visit for acrylic/gel nails, and both times have been outstanding, taking no longer than 30 minutes!
