Had a pedicure with my 4-year-old and her grandmothers here. The atmosphere is fantastic for all ages. They exceeded expectations with their hospitality, providing tea and a neck wrap. The polish lasted a long time. The staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. They use high-quality supplies to avoid toxins. I will definitely return.

Mandi was truly amazing, she did everything right. She was the only positive part of the experience. Firstly, for a place that emphasizes cleanliness, I was surprised to see that all surfaces appeared dirty, stained, and worn out. The chairs the technicians sat on were scratched and stained. The tray where I was asked to place my drink and phone was not clean, and neither were the others. Everything being white made all scratches, stains, and smudges visible. The water was lukewarm, regardless of how long Mandi let it run. I understand that maintaining furniture and accessories is challenging for your type of business, but at the prices charged, these are the aspects I look at to choose your salon over others. Secondly, your reception and support staff could be more welcoming and professional. Having only been to Frenchies once before, no one directed me at the entrance on where to wash my hands, who my nail technician would be, or that I should wait in the lounge while my technician prepared. It felt awkward to be told to wash my hands and then stand there wondering what to do. During check-out, the receptionist was occupied with something on the computer for a while, without acknowledging me, leaving me waiting for assistance again. Lastly, I want to emphasize that Mandi was truly impeccable, but some of the other girls were not dressed professionally for a place that prides itself on cleanliness. I am unsure if I will return to Frenchie's. I had a similar impression the first time, and the return visit did not improve the experience. Mandi was wonderful and provided a great pedicure, which would be a reason for me to come back, but the other issues I mentioned make me hesitant.

Wonderful establishment. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly, and my nail technician paid great attention to detail when doing my toes. She showed me multiple color options, which I appreciated. My only suggestion is to extend the massage duration for the price, but I would recommend this place and will return soon.
