I seldom leave reviews, but regrettably my visit was less than satisfactory. My brows have never appeared more uneven and certain sections have been over-threaded. There are still stray hairs on the sides. I have been diligently trying to thicken my eyebrows and for $18, I was undeniably let down. The staff member was pleasant, but the outcome was not what I anticipated. :(
They are incredibly welcoming! A companion and I entered without an appointment and they greeted us warmly. We had our eyebrows and upper lip threaded and both of the attendants who assisted us were so gentle and ensured our comfort throughout. I will definitely be returning!
I must say I’m quite particular about my eyebrows but this establishment works wonders, they truly excel. I am extremely grateful I stumbled upon this gem. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to everyone. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Thank you 😊
