I BOOKED MY INITIAL MASSAGE WITH HER YESTERDAY FULLY INTENDING TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP WHILE THERE (THE COUPLE OF MASSAGES I HAD WITH OTHER PROVIDERS WERE DECENT BUT NOT ON PAR WITH MASSAGES I'VE RECEIVED WITH PRIVATE MASSAGE THERAPISTS). I DID NOT CANCEL AFTER MY MASSAGE WITH RACHEL BECAUSE SHE IS TRULY EXCEPTIONAL! SHE IDENTIFIED THE AREAS OF TENSION, WORKED THEM OUT WITHOUT CAUSING ME PAIN (OR BEING TOO GENTLE), POSSESSES A LOVELY PERSONALITY (BUT DID NOT CHAT THROUGH THE MASSAGE WHICH I APPRECIATED BECAUSE I JUST WANT TO ENJOY THE MASSAGE), AND WAS ATTENTIVE TO WHETHER HER PRESSURE WAS SUITABLE FOR ME. When I arrived for my appointment, I was warmly welcomed by Sierra who checked me in, gave me a tour, and offered me a drink. Monica performed my facial and she was exceptionally kind. We had a wonderful conversation and she provided me with excellent skincare recommendations tailored to my concerns. The entire experience was fantastic.
