Zapn'Ink Laser Tattoo Removal

I reached out to Zap'n Ink through Facebook in 2022. They provided me with a phone number and requested pictures for pricing. For a simple 4-inch by 1-inch line tattoo, each session would cost $300. At that time, they were the sole reputable laser removal service in the region, so I made an appointment. Post each session, the tattoo initially turned white from the laser but reverted to its normal state within an hour. Despite the passage of time, after three sessions, I noticed no discernible difference. Consequently, I opted to cancel my fourth follow-up to observe if additional time would lead to any fading or breakdown of the tattoo. I made this cancellation more than a month ahead of the next scheduled appointment. After a year, I decided to give it another shot. Despite multiple calls and messages, I received no response. Even after seeing numerous Facebook posts, I still did not hear back. The voicemail was full, preventing me from leaving any messages. In the absence of phone responses, Facebook messaging and texting were the only available modes of communication.

I had a grey and white tattoo spanning my back and after just one session, I am thrilled with the results! The fading continues gradually. The earliest photo was taken a few days to a week after the laser treatment in 2017, followed by another a week later, and a recent one. The facility is exceptionally clean and professional, and Karissa was incredibly reassuring, providing detailed explanations of the process and aftercare instructions. She was attentive throughout the procedure, friendly, and considerate. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment! I plan to return soon for further removal.
