Accompanied my 13-year-old child to have her ears redone after a failed attempt as a baby. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and willingly explained to her what would occur, then very gently assessed her ears and concluded that only a puncture of the back skin was necessary and not a fresh puncture. This expertise alone spared my child pain and the inconvenience of healing. She was so grateful and content with the result, I would absolutely recommend bringing your child instead of going to Claire's.
