Extremely warm and hospitable staff. Exceptional customer service all around. Spacious store with impeccable cleanliness and a wide array of choices. Extensive stock availability, particularly for men's and other products. A glimpse of the latest men's products in June 2023.
The store is absolutely stunning during the holiday season, fully stocked with a wide range of products, including options for men! It's the perfect time to pay a visit. While I enjoy shopping here, I find it slightly off-putting to be greeted at the entrance only to receive redundant information already displayed on sale signs. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant experience overall. Wishing everyone a joyful holiday season!
I frequent Bath & Body Works often, as it's one of my preferred shopping destinations. However, the Beaumont branch has remarkably impolite and disrespectful staff. Their communication with customers is lacking, especially the employee named Sandy. The entire team exhibits unwarranted negativity. I have decided to avoid this location in the future.
