The staff is friendly, but when my two daughters and I went to get lip and nose piercings, we encountered issues. Three days later, we returned due to excessive swelling and pain. The piercer advised us to apply sonic ice and did nothing more. After two additional days of discomfort, we sought assistance at Flippers in Bridge City. It turned out that the jewelry used for our piercings was completely incorrect, causing the skin to grow over the back of the piercings. It seemed like the piercer had no idea what he was doing. Thankfully, Mrs. O at Flippers was able to remove the wrong jewelry, replace it with the correct size, and prevent us from needing a hospital visit to have the jewelry cut out just five days after the initial piercing. The cheap, incorrect, non-surgical steel jewelry used was already embedding into the skin, despite the piercer's advice to simply apply more ice.
Kind individuals... do not always equate to competent work.
