ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.
It has taken me quite a while to share my thoughts on this. I had my hair styled here a while back, and to be honest, I felt quite taken advantage of. It left a bitter taste in my mouth, making me hesitant to visit another salon since then. The haircut was fine, but the coloring experience was not up to par. I opted to have two sections in the front and a bit underneath dyed purple for the first time. Both the underneath and front sections were bleached before applying the color, but only one was toned. As a result, the colors did not match, and the dye did not last long. To top it off, the final cost was much higher than expected, leading me to believe I was overcharged. Despite my disappointment, I did not voice my concerns at the time out of shyness and fear of incurring additional costs. However, I still believe the price was unjustified given the outcome. I have since hesitated to get my hair styled again, fearful of facing a similar situation elsewhere. While I appreciate paying for expertise, this experience did not justify the cost for me.
Each visit to Hairplay has been a delight! The stylists are incredibly skilled and produce outstanding results. I always leave feeling gorgeous and completely satisfied, these ladies are truly exceptional, 10/10 highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
