The proprietor commenced an hour tardy sans apology. Charging extra for purportedly small braids, which were not petite. Neglected to curl my daughter's ends as requested. Settled the bill without seeing the final result, causing my daughter to be tardy for work. Subsequently, sent two emails requesting a refund for the extra $60 paid for the alleged small braids, both of which were disregarded. Not endorsing her, suspecting the other reviews are acquaintances. Appears content with monetary gain sans delivering the paid-for service. Superior service and quality can assuredly be found elsewhere. Anticipating a public response from her.
