Paul won me over when I misplaced my card and didn't have enough cash; he told me to return the next day. Moreover, they stayed open after 8:30 to complete my service without any complaints. Fortunately, there was a PNC branch nearby, and I could generate a one-time access code from the app for cash. I always enjoy visiting Paul. However, the entire team is fantastic. Out of the 50 or more visits I've made over the past few years, there was only one where I wasn't completely satisfied with the result (Paul wasn't the technician; it was just a pedicure where the nail polish was uneven). Paul is quick, precise, and pays attention to detail; sometimes I have to tell him to slow down. I always say that if people are scrutinizing my nails that closely, they need a hobby. But he is truly exceptional. I wish I knew the names of everyone else.
