I visited Studio MZ and had Ava as my stylist. She hardly discussed with me what I desired before rushing to mix dye. Naturally, what I left with was far from any of the images I showed her or verbally expressed I wanted. Instead of the warm auburn hair I requested, I left with hair that was several shades too dark, very cool-toned, and appeared purple. Ava also declined to treat my 2B wavy hair as curly, and insisted on cutting it while wet and straightened, resulting in hair that, when curly, is above my shoulders and barely fits into a ponytail.
Adore Studio MZ. The team is friendly and the stylists are incredibly skilled.
This comprehensive salon is a fantastic location. I required a new stylist after my prior one disappeared. Discovered Studio MZ through a web search for nearby salons. It's vibrant, bustling, welcoming, and boasts a large team, stylists, and various beauty services. My 11-year-old and I are now regular patrons.
