I visited Studio MZ and had Ava as my stylist. She hardly discussed with me what I desired before rushing to mix dye. Naturally, what I left with was far from any of the images I showed her or verbally expressed I wanted. Instead of the warm auburn hair I requested, I left with hair that was several shades too dark, very cool-toned, and appeared purple.
