After a period of not having nails, I visited to have them done. The technician filed my nails vigorously, causing scratches on my skin and cuticles, resulting in abrasions. Subsequently, while using the drill, she cut my fingers, causing them to bleed. I contacted the proprietor, David. He requested that I send him photographs, which I promptly did. He mentioned he would speak with the technician and get back to me. It has been more than 24 hours, and though he has seen my messages, he has not responded. My ring finger is inflamed, red, and tender to the touch. As a person with Type 1 Diabetes, finger cuts can pose a risk to my health. If you desire to have your fingers injured, this is the establishment for you!
Firstly, the wait was excessively long despite only one individual receiving a manicure and one individual receiving a pedicure. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon. The service felt hurried as soon as I settled into the chair, and when I attempted to engage in conversation, it appeared he wasn't interested in talking. I requested slender nails with a square shape tapering towards the top. Instead, I received overly square and bulky nails. The lengths were inconsistent, with some excessively long and others too short. I disbursed over $100, inclusive of a $15.00 gratuity. This level of service is unsatisfactory, and I won't be returning. I am on the lookout for a nail salon that values long-term clientele.
This was my premier visit here, such a splendid locale, impeccably tidy. The populace is remarkably amicable... Nonetheless, my Nail Technician, Alex, a newcomer, executed an exceptional job on my nails. She devoted ample time and I relished the outcome. Her conversations were delightful. She's truly remarkable. I highly recommend giving her a try.
