The service was quick and gentle on my nails. However, I was not pleased when I explicitly requested regular nail polish but was given gel polish without prior notice, attempting to upsell me without transparency. I ended up falling for the switch! 😅
Tonight at A1 Nails, my daughter and three granddaughters had a disappointing experience. My daughter requested a simple Christmas tree design resembling a snake, but received a crooked set of nails with a cut cuticle and acrylic powder used to stop the bleeding. The youngest granddaughter wanted a reindeer design, but despite repeated requests, it was not done. We will not be returning.
My visit here was extremely unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, I clearly communicated my desired nail service. However, during the process, it was discovered that a different technique was needed, resulting in a significant price increase. The technician struggled to achieve the desired nail shape, leading to excessive filing of my natural nails. The pedicure service was rushed, with the technician missing key details and even taking time to do her own nails afterward. I felt uncomfortable and rushed throughout the entire experience. The service was subpar and did not justify the cost. Additionally, my concerns about the fragility of one nail were dismissed. I do not recommend this establishment unless you have a specific and trusted technician.
