This establishment prides itself on procedures being "performed by a doctor." However, the thermage treatment I received today was actually administered by a trainee (without a visible license). Readers can imagine my disappointment in paying for a doctor's service only to be treated like a test subject. Even in a medical setting, the presence of a trainee should require patient consent. While thermage may not be a medical procedure, I would have appreciated prior notification. The doctor began the treatment on my face and then paused to instruct the trainee on the next steps. I felt like a practice subject for them. Overall, not a positive experience.
Despite my initial skepticism due to mixed reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to the Clear Face Clinic. The staff was exceptionally friendly and addressed all my queries promptly. I had a productive discussion with the doctor about potential future treatments, and there was no pressure from him regarding his recommendations. My sister-in-law and I drove nearly four hours each month for our sessions. I am grateful for the work Dr. Lee did on my skin. I expressed my concerns to the doctor, and he made a genuine effort to address them. Effective communication is crucial for the doctor to understand and cater to your beauty needs. The female staff members are all skilled and caring. They are competent in their work and make my time there comfortable.
