Extremely disappointing customer service experience. The staff was impolite and unhelpful. I simply wanted a basic haircut and no one seemed willing to assist me. I was informed that a haircut costs $65?! This price supposedly includes a shampoo, but my hair is already clean from two days ago, and I prefer not to get it wet due to the cold weather. All the hairdressers blatantly ignored me. I strongly advise against visiting this salon.
Absolutely adore this salon! My friend and I always have our hair styled by Jax. If you're looking for flawless long layers and a perfect face-framing cut, Jax is the one to ask for.
This hair salon was absolutely amazing! Jax is incredibly skilled with hair. They are also very personable and have excellent communication with their clients. I asked for a half up half down hairstyle and it turned out absolutely stunning. It's the best my hair has ever looked post-salon visit! I will definitely be returning for future haircuts.
