I adhered to the guidelines to secure a reservation which required a $30 payment via a digital transaction platform to book my service, finalized the appointment, and dispatched an email to confirm. Attempted to reach out via phone, but the line continuously rang without the option to leave a voicemail. Subsequently, there was no follow-up communication via call or email. This lack of communication reflects poorly on their business etiquette. It seems I am at a loss of the $30. I have decided to refrain from engaging with this establishment in the future.
The ambiance during my initial visit was delightful, and I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience of getting a sew-in done there. Although it did take some time, the end result was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend that anyone interested should visit Ms. Amber Turner for a truly unique and exceptional style transformation. ❤❤❤
I shall not patronize this establishment again. The individual was incredibly disrespectful, and there was a delay in the service provided. Despite paying for a service that should have taken two days, it was not completed until a week later. It is evident that the business relies on us, the customers, for their success.
