Despite waiting for an hour, a female nail technician refused to work on my hands, displaying a lack of professionalism and respect. Her behavior, including mocking my disability in front of colleagues, was humiliating and discriminatory. As someone who works in healthcare, I have never encountered such mistreatment. I intend to address this issue with the owner and consider filing a complaint to address this unacceptable behavior.
