Upon receiving a recommendation from a local publication, I decided to try out this establishment. I had an appointment scheduled with the proprietor. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by someone I assumed to be the owner and brow specialist. As we conversed, I discovered that she was not the individual I had booked with, and the person I had scheduled with had taken on another client before my arrival. I could overhear the "owner" and the other client through the room divider. Not a favorable situation!! I needed my brows shaped for a special occasion. I reluctantly agreed to tinting, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. My brows resembled two caterpillars above my eyes. I had to return home and use whitening toothpaste to remove the tint. I feel that my status as a customer was not respected. Firstly, my appointment was disregarded by the recommended "owner," and secondly, as a person not of the same ethnic background, I felt marginalized. Let's extend respect to receive respect!!!!!

After residing in Chicago for a decade, no one has managed to enhance my brows as skillfully as she does. They're consistently flawless, notably healthier, and she is the most amiable entrepreneur I've encountered. Anticipating my next lash lift with great excitement! What an absolute treasure!
