If I could give zero stars I would. A man named Sonia did my hair and rushed the entire process. He gaslighted me and made me think that the issue was my hair but it was really his carelessness. I wanted a silk press and left the salon with poofy, dry hair and he INSISTED it’s because my hair is unkempt.
