They are exceptional, and the prices are unbeatable. I visit weekly for a blowout and haircut. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. Their blowouts are outstanding!
The hairdresser neglected to detangle my hair properly before blow-drying (I have kinky curls). Additionally, the trim I received was inadequate, resulting in uneven hair at the crown!
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. Initially, the person styling my hair didn't bother to inquire about my preferences, just assumed I wanted a simple trim. I specifically requested a long bob. She seemed clueless, had to seek advice from a colleague, and upon finishing, didn't bother to check if the result was satisfactory. Another staff member had to intervene, reminding her to seek my approval before completion. After a cursory comb-through, she declared it fine and swiftly departed before I could voice my dissatisfaction. Furthermore, she failed to deliver the desired cut, merely giving it a light trim. A waste of money. I will not return.
