I have tried numerous times to reach the office to schedule an appointment. No one picked up the phone or responded to my email (as instructed on the website). After several attempts, I finally connected, only to discover that Dr. Rizzo is no longer with the practice, despite his name still being listed online. He was the main reason I traveled out of my way to visit that clinic. Now, I require my medical records to see a different doctor, yet I am once again unable to reach a receptionist. This situation is incredibly frustrating and disheartening.About
