Recently, I indulged in a facial at Drew Patrick Day Spa, and it was an incredibly calming experience. The esthetician, Danielle, was highly skilled, customizing the treatment to suit my skin's requirements. The atmosphere was tranquil, with gentle lighting and soothing tunes, aiding in relaxation. My skin felt revitalized, moisturized, and visibly radiant post-treatment. They utilized top-notch products, and the facial massage was a standout, leaving me feeling calm and refreshed. Overall, it was a lavish experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking to pamper their skin.
I reserved a dual massage for my partner's birthday. Less than 24 hours before our session, I received a message stating they only scheduled one masseuse. They mentioned not having the name of a second individual. It was a COUPLES massage, meaning two people. The reservation system did not request additional details and confirmed the appointment via email and text. I had to cancel as there was no alternative available. The staff's behavior was very impolite and lacking in courtesy. I've been a patron for years, endorsing it to relatives and friends. I will definitely be seeking a new spa. Extremely disheartening.
This is my top choice for spa and shopping therapy in Long Island. Today, I indulged in a Personalized Embrace Exfoliation and Massage.
