After several attempts, I finally connected, only to discover that Dr. Rizzo is no longer with the practice, despite his name still being listed online. He was the main reason I traveled out of my way to visit that clinic. Now, I require my medical records to see a different doctor, yet I am once again unable to reach a receptionist.
